Maybe he will eat it

So i dropped in some NLS pellets to the 20 long, and my apisto cacatuoides lunged at them and started chewing. Then he spit them out. Then started it all over again. Eventually he just left them there. Could this be because it was too small a size (1mm) or he just plain doesnt like them?

did he eat any of it at all? if so hes probably hungry and will learn to eat it.

The "learn to eat it" didn't work for my fire mouths. Believe me, I paid for the food and wanted them to like it. It never happened and it all got sucked up in the gravel vac over and over again. My community fish won't eat it either.

I just decided if there is a food they like and will eat, why keep knocking my head against the wall. They know what they like and will let us know.
