U can actually see where one of the frys are a pretty green color but all their tails look the same is this an indication he will be a boy or do i need to wait for the tail to further develop?

adult sword tails will eat the babies. (be it guppy babies or babies of thier own)
you can put the sword tails in breeder boxes or net and let them to have babies and then you can put the new sword tail babies along with the guppy babies.

if you dont have a breeder box you can seperate the sword tails in a bucket (filled with aquarium water)

You should start seeing them when the fry are about 6 weeks to 2 months old.

I agree with AB. Set up a temp nursery for the swords with some cover for the fry and then combine they fry when mom is done. Just make sure to use existing tank water and or established filter media.
