Help! Pimple-like thing on dwarf gourami's chin!

Today, I just noticed that my Dwarf Gourami has this pimple-like growth the left side of his chin. It is kind of reddish in the middle, but the rest of it is white. Any ideas on what this is? And what can I do to treat it?
My camera will not allow close-up pix, but I will see what I can photograph.

=o I noticed the same thing today on my blue neon dwarf but it wasnt red white it was just a large bump

I know there are plenty of fishy experts out there. Please help out if you know what is on my gourami, or how to treat it.

Hopefully he will be better soon. You should treat the tank as soon as possible. Even though you think your golden gourami has gotten over the mouth fungus this could be a different form of it getting to your dwarf gourami. I would suggest using Pimafix!
