Do all video sites just hate me?!

I have tried several times to upload this video to the web. It is about one minute time, and with a .MOV extension. I have uploaded videos to many, man, many different servers and not one of them will upload any of my videos. They just say that they failed to process it.
Can you give me a step by step guide on how you uploaded your video? I can't live like this. I need to upload videos.
