I found the 55g tank with a broken middle support for 30 bucks. Is that hard to fix?

I think your on about the piece of glass that go's across the tank from front to back?, if so then no! You can use glass or plastic cut to size and some silicone

Well if its what i think it is then this is how i can explane look at this letter H i'll say that on the left side of the H Is the front of the tank and the right side of the H Is the back of the tank , the middle bit of the H is the bit thats broken, its not a big repair but id worry how it got broken

by middle support i think he means the piece of plastic in the middle thats made of plastic. its no big deal, you can attatch a piece of glass to make up for it

You can also buy the full replacement frames but then you might end up with a leak problem from messing with the silicone.

The center brace on one of my 55's broke last year. I simply ordered a new top frame from the lfs and replaced the old one. Getting the old one off was the tough part. It was siliconed in place, and didn't come of in one piece. Incidentally, I didn't silicone the new one.
