bettas....and red finned sharks

i have 5, 1.5-2 inch red finned sharks and one is aggressive to all the others i was wonderin if i put the big male betta i have in there if he would kinda put a lesson to the smaller shark that is chasin all the others? i want him in the tank but i dont want to get the large 5 space wide betta holder for the tank...i would need a little 2 space holder isntead

also can a betta be in a heated tank approx. 78-80 deg F.?

Yea, the betta will probably get torn up pretty bad
