not sure if I'm posting in the right place here. i have a clown loach who's nose has gone quite red, he doesn't seem to be in pain and is carrying on as normal just wondering if this is common problem or any suggestions that could explain this.

From my experience with clowns, they tend to go "off" in color now and then.
I saw reddish nose on mine at one point.

I am not an expert, but as long as your water paramters are good(have you tested your water?), then I would just keep an eye on it.

Anything sharp in the tank where he could have brushed up against?
Any other fish picking on him?

Keep us posted

I would just do what your doing, water changes, test water quality, and keep an eye out for anything that may look like the fish is stressing...

Not unless somebody else post something different here?

We do have some great experts online!

Good luck
