I donīt know if anyone noticed this bug but not everyone recieved their email notifications during peak hours as there were a restriction on the number of emails this site was allowed to send each hour. This issue has been fixed

If you choose to subscribe to a thread you "should" recive email notifications whena new post is made in that thread.

You find it under additional options.
