WOOOOOHOOOOOO

I went to turn the day light on my tangerine leopard gecko tank and there were 2 eggs in the corner. I phoned the reptile gut at work and he explained how to set up an incubator. I have made up an incubator out of a small submersable aquarium heater set at 85 degrees, a digital thermometer a mid size cricket keeper, a plastic drawer container that you would keep silverware in and an oval tupperware container. My girlfriend is picking up some perlite on the way home from work. The perlite gets moistened with water, gets placed in the tupperware container and the eggs get orientated in that and marked with a marker. The lid goes on loosely over the eggs. This gets then placed on the drawer container. This all then gets placed in the cricket keeper with 85 degree water just brought up to the bottom of the tupperware container holding the eggs. It takes between 45 - 65 days depending on the temp.

88 degrees Mostly males 45 days

85 Mix of males and females 55 days

80 Mostly females 65 days

As this is her first breeding she may have as little as 1 clutch or as many as 10 with 10 - 35 days between clutches. I am so pumped lol

That is fantastic. I am happy for you.

I have only one thing to say. Keep us updated with pictures.
(I love to write an article about breeding them if you take pictures of the eggs, juveniles etc)
