lol, im a bit confused, but if the betta has a good environment like a heated and filtered 5g with a few fake plants it wont be stressed

Is she in the tank with the male? That would be stressful.. or if you just got her home she would be stressed. Let her settle in. And also get her a proper tank with some plants and hiding places, if you don't already.

Some other things - give her a luxurious diet. If she isn't eating at the moment then just wait a few days, her appetite will pick up.
Keep her away from loud music, loud TV's, people stomping around etc. All those things made sound vibrations, which can stress fish - like tapping on the glass of the tank. Putting the tank/container on a bed of polystyrene/styrofoam is one step towards this, but if you like to rock out and crank the volume up, the fish has to be down the opposite end of the house or somewhere a bit soundproofed.
Try keeping its light off for a few days. Never hurts them, they won't die. Maybe at the moment everything is too bright.
Keep her well away from the male. Move her tank / container somewhere where they can't even see eachother.
Hope these help.

i noe but nho w can i put them together so they can breed so the female doesnt get stresed
Id get a divider for your tank, then when the male makes a bubble nest let them meet, the bubble nest is to impress the female and she will soon lay eggs, then I think its the male that protects them, she will only be stressed if you let her in to early

The female will have vertical bars on her body when she's ready to breed, don't put her in with the male before that.

Maybe try and use a darkened divider, so as they cannot see each other either. Just a thought. If they see each other all the time, they will freak!
