So yeah.... I woke up this morning and this is something I found... Just over 2 weeks of the two of them being together...

I have done a bunch of reading in the past, and found out a lot of stuff, and i guess it kinda paid off.... tell me what you guys think!!!

thanks, it took a lot of work to get the conditions jsut perfect, but i think its worth it :)

well... guess that was a no go.. not even in there for 24 hours and they've gone missing.. thinking the oscars ate them or the pleco... even went out and bought and set up a new tank last night! better luck next time.

More than likely, eaten by the parents. Sometimes fish do that the fist couple times of laying eggs. Can you just imagine if each of those eggs had turned into fry. Wow.

yeah, thats why i went out and baught a new tank... but oh well... they are still doing the same stuff they have been doing for awhile... the twitching of the tail fins, the rubbing up against each other, and what not, so i think they r gonna lay more :)

I've had mine lay eggs at least 5 times in the last 10 months, I bet they didnt get fertilized and the oscars ate them. Oscar's aren't neccessarily EASY to breed like say Convicts.
