Getting back into the hobby. Have kept 10g and 20g tanks off and on for 30+ years. Typically had community tanks with a male betta as the focal point. Over the summer got my first "big" tank, 28g that I set up as a SE Asia backwater biotope with a male betta and 6 Albino cories, with 4 kuhli loaches to be added. I want to add a school of Harlequin rasboras to this tank, but need to figure out what to do with the cories first; they'll probably be divided among my other tanks. I'll have to see how Bart the Betta likes that idea; he's become fond of the cories in his tank and hangs out with them. He'll even eat with them when they gather around the tablet I drop in for them. Planning on turning an old 39g glass aquarium that I got from a friend that she used for her iguana when it was little. And another friend is giving me an old aquarium stand (looks like one anyway) that she's using as a TV stand. Looks like it'll hold a 55 or 75g tank......think I'm gonna have to move out of my townhouse and into a bigger place!!!!
