How many?

Hi, i need some help on the stocking in my tanks.

The long 7.5g is going to be for Danios. But i need them all happy. Heres the situation.
I have;
3 Zebra
4 Kyathit
1 Celestial Pearl

The kyathits school all the time in what looks like spawning but when they're not they chill with zebras which school together. The cpd i only have one because he was the only in the lfs and they werent planning on getting in anymore. But i would be able to order some.

Was thinking, maybe 5 Kyathit and 5 Cpds in the tank but then the zebras wouldn't have a school.

Then i thought maybe all my current together in the tank but then the cpd wouldnt have a school.

So thats my first dilemma, what do you think i should do?

The 40g, really dpends on what danios if any ar left in there. but other than that i have;
5 Platies
4 Rams
2 Gold Barbs
3 Cherry Barbs

How many more cherry barbs could go in? I have about 20 fry and want to keep as many as possible :)

move the cherry barb school up to abour 12-15 and for the 7.5 just try to keep it to as few species as possible
