View Full Version : after a complete cleaning...

just thought i'd share a pic with ya.

i cleaned the tank last yesterday with a razor blade. i always seem to get brown algae and some really hard to get rid of green algae. razor takes care of it nicely though.

did about a 6 gallon water change and cleaned the gravel with suction pump...rearranged the plants...again. and just today i reapplied the background using the vasoline treatment so that you can actually see it.

i tried to get some pics of the fish but they are too fast and i can't get a goo pic of any of them.

it's a 55 gallon with 2 tiger barbs and 5 rummy nose tetras.

Wow you can tell it has had a good clean.. it is glowing and sparkling ;) ;)

thanks for the compliments. the only other good pic i got is of my canister filter system. huzzah!

i'd like to...probably a couple more tiger barbs and...something else...i don't know what. i have a problem in that i can't really stand many small fish and the fish that i do like (bala sharks and tinfoil barbs) get too large for a 55 gallon.
