View Full Version : Reporting bad threads.

I don't know if I ever told everyone about this but if you look at the top right of a post you see a small button http://www.aquaticcommunity.com/aquariumforum/images/buttons/report.gif. You can use this button to repot threads and post to the moderators if you think they should see something like spam, bad language, flaming etc etc.

If you use this button a mail is sent to the moderators who will look into it as soon as they can.

Thankfully that is a button that doesn't get used much around here at all. I've been on other forums where I've used that button a number of times.

i think I can honestly say I can only think of one time that I wish I knew what the heck that button was for hahhahaha

Good to know :) Though I doubt I'll ever need to use it again

Reporting a bad thread so it can be dealt with is the way to go but giving a person bad rep for a post is not a nice thing to do at all and in my opinion should not ever be used.

I was reading this thread at 4:30 this morning, half asleep, and for some reason Williams post cracked me up. I laughed so loud I know I had to wake my neighbor in the next apartment. Just hit me right.
