convict cichlids

I am asking for any ideas? On 2 my convicts today i noticed they were looking sick with sunken eyes, a small indent on forhead, and there scales look bad? I did do a er. cleaning on tank but I still don't know whats wrong?

How big is your tank and has it been cycled? If it isn't cycled, they may well be dying from toxins. More information needed from you in order to help you .

is it cycled? how are the parameters? somethings up since convicts are tough fish

sunken eyes can be a sign of bad nutrition, or sometimes dropsy

the small indents are hole-in-the-head disease, a sign of poor water or poor diet

if the scales look protruding its dropsy
