Hi, my name is Lee...and I'm a fish-a-holic:18:

My wife and I have two kids (23 month old twins) and they talk about fish ALL THE TIME. I decided to ease back into the hobby with a 10 gal aqaurim. I had a 15 gal. in college that I loved, but after 14 years without an aquarium I'd forgotten how addicting fish can be. What recently started out as "for the kids" has quickly become exciting to me all over again.

The info and advice that I've picked up (just in the last week) from all of you friendly people here is incredible. This forum has become my new favorite book...I can't wait to pick it up and read (and learn)!

My aquarium...opps...my children's aquarium specs are listed below in the signature. We are in day 19 of establishing or "Cycling" our tank with fish (sorry) and live plants. So far all is well (Ammonia and Nitrites are zero and Nitatres are at 10ppm).

Right on siymdapolio! Do you still live in the Portland area or do you live somewhere else now? I've bounced around a little (grew up in Lake Oswego, lived in Eugene while at University of Oregon, moved to NE Portland for 5+ years, and now I'm a little south of Portland in Milwaukie).

My favorite "lfs" is The Wet Spot over in the Hollywood Dist (NE Portland).
