Ok, well, not really fishey... Well... Starfishey...

On Friday I went to the lfs and purchased 3 more hermits and a Pink Starfish! This little guy is non-predatory, stays very small, and is awesome! I can't remember the exact name of him, I'll have to grab it. But he's really neat.

When I put him in, I held him against the glass until he stuck. I checked later that night, and he was down in the bottom corner, then later the next day he was near the top. It's really neat actually owning a live one, after growing up my whole life thinkin how cool they are!

Also, finally got the 280 moved down to the tank room with the help of 6 or 7 friends. Man is that thing heavy! Finally time to start getting it plumbed!

Sorry. I am always trying to turn everyone into women. Most likely because I like to surround myself with them.

With the exception of hobbs that I had a really hard time learning that she was a girl. Hence her present name.

LMAO it's all good. There's nothing wrong with being surrounded with women, IMO!

Now that would be something neat to see! Can they move fast when they need to? I can't imagine anything more than less than a snails pace...

some frozen bloodworm or frozen krill/brine shrimp, if you target feed a bit towards its mouth or arms that would work best

This makes me want a marine tank even more!!! Lol, I can't believe such interesting creatures can actually be kept in a home aquarium. You'd think only biologists would be able to have a reef aquarium.
Good to hear that your star is doing well! And to think that all of the marine aquariusts I know in person say they tried it and quit immediately.
