good stuff, I'm sure he appreciated the snack! From what I can see, he's a good size, how big is it?

hes about 7 " and fat.I call him fluffy because he reminds me of a dog the way his fins are reminds me of legs, from above anyway he looks like a doggy paddling mutt.

Beautiful black moor. I take it that's in an outdoor pond? How big is the pond? Do you keep all ornamental goldfish in it?

Yes he is in an outdoor pond,it has 6 small koi and 6 comets. The pond is 125gal.Im in the planning stage to go bigger, around 500gals or so.

wow...the koi and comets don't pick on him. That's pretty good. Probably because of the size of the pond and no doubt they're fed well. I miss the pond we had when I was a kid. It was about 20 ft by 20 ft around and 4 ft deep. I have no clue the gallons...I imagine a couple thousand. We had huge koi and comets. Mostly Koi though. There was another pond with a water fall in an upper part of the yard....5 ft across and 5 ft deep (no fish) that bled out into a stream feeding the pond below the circulating back up to the waterfall through a huge gravel filter. It was an awesome pond. I was oooo upset when I heard the people that bought that house from us added on to the house and tore out the bottom pond (put all the fish in the upper pond....hence eventually killing them all. Sad. = (
Ok....enough reminiscing......the bigger the better man!
