I would like to urge everybody that post youtube videos to embed them in their forum posts.

Is there a difference in posting either a direct link or the embeded link as far as bandwidth goes? Is one or the other easier on the website?

Good question.

No there is no difference. The vid is loaded from youtube or googlevideos either way. It just means that the user doesn't have to follow yet another link to see the vid.

OK, thanks for clearing that up William. I assumed that embedding the video took up more of AC's bandwidth which is why I just posted direct links. But, seeing that it makes no difference, I'll embed them. thumbs2:
