sorry about my lack of presence on the site lately. moving from living alone to living with 9 other people changes your lifestyle a tad. but anyway i wanted to give you all an update. i will have to post pics later (i just did a water change, things get a little dishoveled). all my fish are great. my ghosties have died. but the blue algae eating shrimp are great. i think i am going to pick up some iodine and try a few different shrimp soon. all of my plants are doing great. in fact i have a few mystery plants showing up. one is definitely a stem plant with narrow leaves about an inch long. another is one of the bulbs i got two years ago, probably a water lilly. my guess is that one went dormant and now is growing again. and i have a third with round leaves. like i said i will post pics maybe later so y'all know that i am talking about.

well i am not sure as to why else they would have died. they turned white and stayed that way for a month and then they died.
