What's a good price for a complete test kit?

i buy mine on ebay. I just got a 3 deluxe test kits (tests for ph, kh, amm, nitrate, nitites, + some plant tests.) I got all 3 for $28 + shipping.

I order mine from PetSmart (Master Test Kit) for $13 but usually order them with other items to make the shipping worthwhile. This is only the ammonia, ph, nitrites and nitrates. I don't bother testing for hardness. Tested for that previously and KNOW my water is hard already.
