why are my tetras being atacked

i put 6 new tetras in the tank to day, it had 4 others in there b4 and the new ones are being atacked by my angle fish is this normal

If the new fish are really small, your angel sees them as food.

You may not be able to keep angels with tetra's. I have one angel that does fine with them but another is not OK with them or hardly any other fish. Angels are cichlids and can be aggressive.
