I bought a new betta for for 2ft tank(70L) would a betta get along with a school of neons and another school of cories??

neons will tend to nip the betta
so i should move my neons back to my other tank?

It all depends on the layout of the tank and the neons really. I wouldn't risk it, maybe consider like Killies or Hatchets for the upper levels of the tank.

The neons will be lunch. Try the cories the tank is probably a 18 gallon tank or so. You should be fine.
well all the new fish(neons and betta) were from the markets and all but two neons are dead:(
gona check my water tomora when buying a new filter as my one now is way to strong blows fish around somtimes

The neons might be eaten by the beta, or harrassed so much that they will not school. The cories will definitly be compatible with a beta. I was actually thinking of getting two cories and a beta in a tank at one time, but my beta tank wasn't nearly big enough. Cories need 10g+.
Live bearers tend to nip, like sudhirbits said. I've heard scary stories about tetras/danios nipping the entire tail off of a beta in one night. Don't try the tetras. You could wake up one morning to a beta with no tail.
