What to get next in my tank?

Any suggestions on what kind of fish I should get next? Or more of the fish I already have? Or maybe a fish you recommend? Check my sig for info. Any advice is appreciated. I'm looking for something that will live happily in my tank. I'm only a beginner but I'm quite knowledgeable and dedicated.

If you're looking for something to do next... try live plants.

But, I would get a gourami. I know people have mixed feelings about this fish... but, I always have luck with just one. Like a beta. They are territorial... so, it can be a challenge. but, they are a cool fish. I think you can pair up a set of dwarf gourami's... but, I have no experience with that.

or you could go with a pair of guppies... or some kuhli loaches (I love those little guys)

Probably a lot more choices. Just off the top of the head suggestions.

I'd like to try live plants but I can't afford the lighting right now. Guppies sound nice. What kind of dwarf gourami would you recommend?

I like the gourami idea. I have a honey gourami, and he's great! He thinks he's a danio, but that just makes him even cuter.

Have you thought about getting more tetras? You could add a few more tetras, and then also a gourami. The gourami could be like your center piece. Just get one though, unless you get a pair.

All dwarf gouramis are the same just different color variations. So color is up to you, or you could go with honey gouramis, which are not the same as dwarf gouramis. They are all the same too except for different color variations. Honey gourami are probably going to be a little less aggressive compared to the dwarf. Hope that helped with gouramies.

if u get 2 more corys u will have quite a playful bunch as they show best when in biger groups.......
