It was recommended to me that NLS was a top of line food, for my discus. Well my hat is off to Fishguy2727, the information provided and the articles I have read are very informative. So I ordered the discus forumla only to see how everything went. I can say after using this for 1 month I am very pleased with the results, my discus have never been healthier, their colors are stunning and my snakeskin is showing off his true colors of brown and royal blue, stunning he is. So I would like to thank fishguy for letting me know what a wonderful food this is and now I have recently ordered the cichlid forumla and the community food as well, and just in case I have also order the growth forumla just in case fry should show up. Thanks again I am very happy with the results.:thumb:

Thank you, and you are welcome.
Which one exactly are you feeding your discus?

NLS Discus forumla, 1mm sinking pellets, that was the only one available for me to order in the discus forumla. I have since ordered the others, community forumla, cichlid forumla, and growth forumla just in case some little guys show up. Is there a different type to feed the discus, love these guys they are my favorite.

I would start them on Thera+A to make sure they have no internal parasites. They are all almost identical so you only need to pay attention to pellet size and sink/float, not what the label says it is for. If I remember right the Community is the same as Discus, Marine, All-Purpose, and a couple others.

Pretty cool to hear. Weren't you feeding only brine shrimp before NLS?

I don't have any discus pictures up, I have a dark water tank and my pictures turn out really dark, however I will keep trying the difference in her is amazing. I was only feeding them cichlid pellets and frozen brine shimp before NLS.
