Has anyone ever used one of these things.I got mine a few months ago and I cant imagine how I ever got by without it.I dont have algae on my rocks, plants or wood but I do get it on my glass on both tanks. For years I scraped it with an old cassette tape holder to scrape with[for you young folks thats what we used to store our tunes in the old days].I got this scraper originally with the plastic attachment,it was ok.Then I got the steel one.Wow,it takes about 2 minutes now to get the algae off.I just thought Id share my experiance with these just in case there are those out there that wondered if they were safe.

How long is the handle on this? I am interested in getting one if the handle is long. Where do you buy them?

Kewl, thanks man. This will really help. I have used plastic....garbage, razor blades...dangerous, and those magnet ones...also garbage unless its like new algae growth.

This seems to be ideal.

Once again, thanks!thumbs2:
