You win points. If you want to buy one go under the shop menu at the top of the page and click lottery. There you can buy a daily or weekly lottery ticket.

You can use your point to purchase things in the Shop. Username options, thread options, lottery tickets, all kinds of stuff. That is how i made my username shadow Red.

I've wanted to respond to this thread, as well, but didn't understand the lottery either. I know about the points and buying but didn't know about the lottery. Is it a lottery from those who have bought one or how does it work, really.

I believe it is a lottery of just the people who have bought tickets. Therefore if only you have bought a ticket you win automatically. If 3 people bought tickets you have a 33% chance of winning. Thats what i think

How do you normally play a lottery? You buy a ticket, others buy tickets, and there is a drawing. Same concept.

it's a bit of a problem though, need to get enough points to play the lottery, lottery winnings provide enough points to play.... same people seem to always win ... due to so many people not having enough points to play....

however, I will keep posting in the vain attempt that one day I will have enough to buy a ticket, and then with a little more luck if I win, will have enough to keep rolling for a while....

guys i think i won the weekly lotto when my computer was down now i am in the top 5 richest users pretty cool. 23rd of last month. I think it is because my lucky/favorite number is 23. i should go do the same for Maryland's lotto.

All the points don't really mean anything. What can you do with them? Change the color of your name and buy an arcade pass. I guess you could buy the +50 post count but why?
