(Hey, I had to do somethoing besides the ubiquitous hello all! )
So, here I am 39, living in Johannesburg, South Africa with two aquariums. One at my ex-wifes house (initially bought for my four year olds birthday in June last year) and one with me, initially bought for my 7 year olds birthday in September last year.
So both are 60 litre tanks (bought at the same shop on a special where it included tank, undergravel filter, airpump, gravel and light). In the first tank there is a sailfin pleco, rainbow shark, golden algae eater and red mollies 9other mollies were bought but they died off.) I bought fish without bothering to find out how big they get- and the poor rainbow shark is likely to get too big for that tank.
The other tanks has balloon mollies, guppies, 2 albino plecos, a golden algae eater and bala shark (guess who didn't check on how big they get before buying?) I also have an internal filter instead of the undergravel filter (the air pump runs a decorative canon that bounces up and down and is much loved by the kids- I want the extra aeration since the mollies and guppies 9the mollies in particular!) have bred wildly.) This tank is probably going to be upgraded to a 200 litre tank in the near future due to the fish doing too much breeding!
