Which types of frozen fish food do you give your fish? How often?
Any that you don't use and why.

I use Hikari BIOPURE bloodworms and BIOPURE krill as a supplement to Hikari Cichlid Bio-Gold... I use this in both tanks...
Haven't tried other freeze drieds as I'm happy with Hikari...
Oh I used Hikari Mysis Shrimp when I had my salt tank up in Hawaii...
I'm just a Hikari guy sorry...

I use frozen brine shimp maybe once a week Sailor as a treat to my fish. Normally, algae waffers, and flake for them. But if I am getting the angels and gouramis or other fish ready for breeding, I step up the frozen food section.

I am using mysis shrimp as a weekly treat for my fronts. I give the ram tank a little bit of frozen bloodworm every couple of days. I stay away from frozen brine shrimp as there is very little nutrition in it as it's mostly water.

I mix freeze-dried krill in with the Hakari Bio-Gold I feed my Piranha. I'm getting them on pellets, so I'm mixing in the Krill with the Hakari to get them eating, and am slowly lowering the amount of Krill until it's just the Hakari.
I feed my smaller tanks frozen blood-worms 1-2 times a week, and I feed my Ray bloodworms a couple times a week or when he's running low on ghost shrimp.
Also, I buy uncooked Tilapia (sp?) and shrimp from the store. I thaw it and feed fish and shrimp pieces to my Large tank, as well as the Piranha and Bichirs once a week or so. I chucked a piece of shrimp in for my Ray the other day, but he didn't seem too interested in it. The Garra Panda went nuts for it though!
