Ac Games Tournement #1

Lets start a game tourney. This will be a team tourney based on both individual and team scores. We will be playing 3 games and they will be voted on after the teams have been arranged. If you would like to be involved please state your name and top 3 perfered games, This tourney will cost you the game admission price plus 100 points per person. I will then compile a list of all the names and randomly arrange teams. I will post a poll for the games and we will vote on them. 3 games with most votes will be played, you may play each game 3 times and will have to post your 2 best scores. as you post you will need to carry a tally of the team's high scorewith team members name who achieved it, and team total score. To be added to the "official roster" donate to me 100 points and note on the donation that it is for the "AC Tournement #1". I will sweeten the pot with 500 points+my 100 entry fee.

Awards as follows:
-50% awarded to individual with top score.
-50% split by individuals on winning team.

If this becomes a popular past time, I will arrange more tourneys and at tourney #6 I will arrange a "tournement of champions" composed of all the individual winners. therefore this new tourney would be a freezeout of 6 people. ie Winner take all. I would be willing to sweeten the pot substancially for this tourney and we could make the buy in higher to make it a little more exciting.

We could take this further to have a "world series of AC games" Where as only winners of TOC(tournement of champions) could compete as well.

Give me some examples of the type of games you are thinking about....are we talking computer generated type games or the types of things like the favorite fish game?

Tourney starts on Wednesday at 12:00 PM Central Time and you have until Saturday at 12:00AM Central Time.
You play 3 games of each of the following:
Moon Lander
Pacman
Tetris
Post your best score here for each game (your scouts honor is at stake). Winner is determined by Total Points of all three combined. So your post will look something like this:

Moon Lander-1000 pts.
Pacman-1000 pts.
Tetris-1000 pts.
Total-3000 pts.

We will continue to accept entries up until the start time. To enter you must post here and send Northernboy 100 points.

what's up with that!!!! i just beat the high score in breakout. 40,885 pts. the server wouldn't save my score though. that ticks me off. that took a while to do.
