My wife just bought 2 of these things. Has anyone seen them yet? She seems to think she will be able to sell them for like $1000 a piece just before christmas. We will see. Anyone have children and planning on buying on of these for their kids? Do kids really want these things? I am a little sceptical. Kimmers you have little girls I think, do they want these things? I cannot imaging spending that kind of money for a doll.

Is it a new Tickle me Elmo? I remember the craze over them a few years ago...

My dad saw an article about the rage for them and then checked out ebay and saw several bids over $100, and one for over $300. It appears to be this years cabbage patch kid if you guys remember the craziness over those ugly dolls. If you find a buyer I imagine you will make a profit selling them....but tell her not to wait too long because the manufacturers just might step up the production and then all stores will get more just in time for Christmas.

I would put them up on ebay in about a month. There are a lot of "interesting" people (to say the least) on ebay. They'll buy anything if you hype it up enough

hahaha... you can sell ANYTHING on ebay. A bunch of people were selling xbox 360 boxes when it first came out and they even stated that it was just the box and people were buying them for like $100
