Introducing Felix and Oscar

I would like to introduce my 2 new blood parrots, Felix and oscar, I bought them about 2 weeks ago, but never got a chance to show them off so here they are:

First is Oscar

Great looking blood parrots. I have always thought they were a cool looking fish. Now this is no insult to blood parrots or the people who keep them in any ways, but I have allways thought that they are kind of funny looking and that they are looking down their noses at everything. Kind of comical looking.

Thanks guys, there is a reason why they are called felix and oscar. Felix is alway in one of the caves cleaning it out right down to the glass and Oscar goes in behind him and tears down the piles of gravel he works so hard to take out, and not to mention Oscar always looks like he is smiling. No offense taken sailor they are kinda snooty looking but full of personality.

I really like the look of the blood parrots. I think they would be neat to keep. If I am ever able to set up another tank, I think I would get some blood parrots. I have heard they are peaceful, and I always like peaceful tanks. Nice fish!

Mine are peaceful, granted they like to chase each other and ocassionally push around a clown loach, however they just seem to always be in their way. LOL

Your 55 has a very interesting stock list. I would imagine it is a very entertaining group of fish to watch. I just recently inherited a Clown Loach. I thought they were called Clown Loaches because of their colors but I know now it's because they are one screwy fish. I love all the fish in your tank especially the Blood Parrots. Sometimes I wish I would have gone with less aggressive fish but for me I can't help but like aggressive ones. One day I hope to get some mellower stock maybe in yet another tank.
