I REALLY need help

Well, my Apisto borellii male is not looking good. He never displays his fins, and after a further look, he has fin rot and some fungus. Maybe even ick. Now, this is not from poor water quality because only he has it, so Im thinking he might have some infection that is making him sick like this. He eats though. How should I treat this?
Im treating with mealfix right now. The other inhabitants are aoher borellii, 6 panda cories, and 6 lemon tetras.

To treat the ick Ed... turn up the heat a little on the tank to around 85 or so to speed the cycle of the ich. Salt the tank according to instructions on the salt. I use API salt but there are also many other brands....

use quick cure, it says it gets rid of ich in 48 hours and cures other parasitic problems. i have had good luck with it.
