waspfish/butterfly goby

I've been doing some researching on this fish and have not been able to really find some consistant info. For those of you that may have one of these guys, what have to established as an acceptable diet? Do they require small life foods, or are other methods acceptable?

Any info regarding this fish is greatly appreciated!
