I've just got a quick question. Are peacock gudgeons brackish water fish? I might consider getting some later down the line for my 55 gallon tank that will be brackish with my violet goby, bumblebee gobies, guppies, and ghost shrimp.

Not really brackish but they do like a teaspoon of salt per gallon.

Here is a couple of links

Thanks for the quick reply and the links Sailor.
One thing I've found in my research of brackish fish is that sources don't always tell you that brackish fish need marine salt. For example, one of the sources you gave me is the Aqualand website. I go there all the time to read about fish and plants, and if you go to the page on dragon gobies, you'll find that even though they are referred to as brackish fish, they say they need something like a tablespoon of salt per gallon.
I've found websites that say peacock gudgeons are brackish water fish, but I'm not sure.
