I have 7 Glowlight Tetras that are about 1"-1.5" and 6 Angels ranging in size from 2"-3"

Are my Glowlights going to be in danger of being eaten when the Angels get bigger? The dude at the LFS pointed out what Tetras would get along with Angels and he pointed out these little guys, is/was he wrong? Thanx <3

It all depends on the angels attitudes. Angels are like most cichlids they have a mind of their own.... They can't really be standized as most most can be. I would say there is a fair chance that the angels may hit them but if they are schooled the angels may leave them alone... If you see any angels establish a pair I'd move the other fish away though.... Good luck.....

no prob!

however, if some angels spawn, i 80% guarantee they will attack a tetra

lol, yeah. They will protect the eggs and fry. if a tetra wandered by the eggs the angels see it as a threat and will kill the tetra

Well, Ive heard that if the angels grow up with the tetras, they will leave those tetras alone for their life, but if you introduce more, they will get eaten. Dont know how true it is though.
