Neon Tetra Disease, possibly?

I have a single Neon that has lost pretty much all of its red coloration. Its been like this for one to two weeks. Its like this all the time not just when I see him/her sleeping. As of yesteday ammonia was 0 and nitrite was 0. If it is NTD, what should I do?

I'm sorry to hear about your neon.
Unfortunately there is nothing you can do for NTD but euthanize diseased fish.
