I want to get 2 dwarf cichlids for my empty cycled 20g I just have one question are their any dwarf cichlids with a blue body and black stripes? That's the color I want

if you wanna get small cichlids with blue bodies and black stripes go for african cichlid like the demasoni....... you can put a few in a 29 gallon.....

alot of dwarf cichlids have more colors than just blue and black... .check out german blue rams........

look into apistogrammas to, im not sure if they come in blue but there are lots of color variations in them

I'm with you Erik. I love those little guys and really the better size for a 20 like 2 females and one male?

yeah apistos are nice too.... cockatoo's depending on their main body color have a big black stripe down the middle.....

The only blue-ish Apisto is the Apistogramma trifasciata with one black stripe down the middle. The agassizii also has a little blue but is more red due to it's bright red tail unless you can find a wild colored one.

If you want a definite Blue/Black striping then your going to have to look at Malawi's ot African cichlids... like the Pseudotropheus lombardoi

psst.. i know lol thats why I put depending on body color he wanted that black stripe lol.... I didn't mean only that color has the stripe...... :1luvu:
