help Diagnosing a guppy problem

Hi again,
just wondering if you could help me.

I have a 40L/10gallon tank with
2 guppies-1 male 1 female
5 neon tetras
1 leopard cory cat.

Recently, i have noticed that my male guppy hasn't been doin much. he's staying at the surface and instead of swimming, he sort of wiggles. His abdomen is really swollen.
ph is about 6.8, not sure about others. I will try and get a pic for you as well.

A pic would help. Try downsizing the picture if it is to big for the forum.

oh well, the guppy died anyway. But I will try and post a pic so i can figure out what went wrong for the future.
Should I post the pic as an attachment? If not, how else do I do it?
