Well here are the pics finally of the GBR tank.
There is 4 of them in there but they will not come out to play. They are small only about an inch each. Really they are in there lol.
They have been in there for 2 days now, they hide alot except when it's meal time.

Another nice tank. Where do you get your wood. I like that a lot.

The wood on the ends is Malaysian drift wood. It is very hard heavy for it's size wood so it stays put. I am ashamed to admit that the centre piece and 2 hollow logs are fake stuff I got from petsmart. But on a brighter note I have put real plants in this tank lol.

Nice lookin' tank, sailor. If you chuck some water sprite in there to float you'll see the little Rams more. They equate bright light as being exposed to predators like birds, so they hide. Filter the light a bit with some floating plants, and they are more comfortable. Also, if you stocked the tank with several dozen tetras, the Rams would know there are no predators in the tank and be out and about, because the tetras will be acting normally. They'll also appreciate the filtered light through the floating plants.

Thanks for the replies and great tips. I will pick up some water sprite this week end. i got a pm from another member of the the local forum here in Sask and he will sell me 6 more GBR's from the original order I was supposed to get mine from. I will pick up a school of neons to put in there as well.

Tigerbarb it's a 55 gal.

Thanks again

Instead of neons, go for cardinals. They tolerate the higher temps better than neons.
