Any future Guitar Hero's out there?

Being a good ole loud screaming rock/maybe a pinch of head banger kind of music guy I picked up Guitar Hero 3 for the xbox 360 and what a blast. The animals run for cover when i pick up that guitar. Took a while to get used to it but thought I was doing ok until I advanced to medium level. Well wasn't I shown how slow my 44 year old fingers are LOL.
Barely getting by until I hit the guitar battle with Slash. He kicks my a@@ every time. I think having some experience would help too as my fingers don't want to contort that way sometimes. I must be getting old because I have never heard of half of the bands let alone their songs.

Another Guitar Hero here... although after 3 months I am still only playing it with the 3 color combo... my fingers can't get round the 4 color combo's yet :thumb:

If your xbox is modded you can download additional tracks and songs which are pretty cool.

i tried a few times playing against my son as long as i can use the controller and not the guitar i can whoop his butt but make me play on the guitar and these 42 year old fingers have a mind of their own and they refuse to work together.

definately a guitar hero here, but of the old school breed. Still rockin' the guitar hero II at my house. Because he came down to buying Guitar Hero III or a 40g tank.... obviously the tank won out in that one lol!

Its great if you get totally drunk and play until like 0300 in the morning hahahaha! Fabulous!! Nothing like watching a bunch of wasted Marines trying to rock out to Free bird.... its a riot!

Honestly, its too easy!
I already play guitar so I had quite an advantage starting out, skipped easy and medium all together, went right to hard, did one song, too easy so I went to expert and beat all the songs in 4 hours, including Through Fire and Flames. When you play guitar your fingers are already used to moving fast, makes it much, much easier.

I think they should make a level beyond expert, something like 'Insane level' or something.

Its a good game though, and I like how Wii has a wifi option.

Yes if you can play Through Fire and Flames on expert then you are indead a Guitar Hero:19: . Me and my GF are hooked, I have 2 guitars and GH2&3, I got GH2 last Nov, worked my way up to hard, couple here and there on expert, I was happy to get throgh "Free Bird" :18: and "One" on hard but expert is my "Insane level" hehe

I have it for my ps3 and I played it for a week and now it just takes up space. I beat easy and medium with only trouble coming from the last songs on medium. I found bigger and better games but GH is a good party game.

It's great because you think your doing so good then its like ...you fail...

im pretty average at it
working my way through hard at the moment deffinantly wont be able to do expert
