Trying out this flicker thing. This is my first try at using it for photo sharing. Some pics of my tank today............. and one lucky little hermit crab!! The one on the sand.

Really nice shrimp goby there, Jim. I see you've scattered a few grow-out shells 'round the tank lol.
Tank is shaping up very nicely. Congratulations.

a shrimp gody and a lawnmower blenny! I spend hours watching those two. I swear sometimes that blenny looks like a puppy dog in there.

I kinda laughed at myself yesterday doing a water change. I really wasn't expecting the tank to smell like a tide pool. I thought about it. Well, whhat else is it going to smell like??!! lol

the white one I got from a chain type store so I really don't know what it is. I'm going with Dave66 assesment of a Shrimp Goby. lol The other dark one is a Lawnmower Blenny.

so far its just change the water once a week. Its a 30 gallon tank and I do 5 gallons at a time. When I change the water I clean the inside of the glass then too. So far I only have to empty the nasty goo from thhe skimmer once every 7 to 10 days.


The gal at the marine store said the white Goby is a Star Goby. I went lookin' and can't find anything on star gobies!!!

everytime someone posts saltwater pics I want to run out and start one. *sigh* maybe once I get money from uncle sam :thumb:.
