can you tell the sex of clown loaches,i heard its to do with there shape,i have got several and it would be nice if i could find out how many girls and boys i have,

the male is slightly smaller and more slender than the female, although this isn't always obvious. It's very hard to tell male and female with clowns. Just take a guess, 50% chance of being right! :thumb:

when they start getting big you'll be able to tell because the girls get much larger, males stay thin

yea clowns aren't big on public lovin' lol
apparently aquarium breeding is a super rare thing :/

yeah if you do turn it in to someone....... look at them from the top females of like age have more girth to them, they are bigger when mature
