Sexing convict cichlids

Is it possible to sex 1 - 1.5 '' convicts? If so, how is it done?

Females are usually smaller and have some orange color on their belly. males have a small head hump and no orange.
also females usually have some orange and green on their top fin.
they are obvious at the size of 1-2".

Also the male will have longer fin extensions.

yeah, the female has an oragneish belly. You ccan tell the males easily too because they are more aggresive and have fine xtensions.

The one characteristic to know for sure is the orange belly. This is usually visible by one inch in length.
