Thanks for the compliments. Here is a larger picture of the wood. Maybe hard to see but to the left of that swim-through hole is a deep pit in the wood. Very unusual I think, and my favorite piece so far.

Yeah, that dojo in particular loves to just lie on the wood like that. Very funny, just chillin' out.

Nice! I didn't know they came in 'albino' or white!

Nice loach. My lays in strange positions all the time. He had totally messed up my tank. The bubble wands are currently floating and all the plants are uprooted.

Well blame that one on the flash from the camera. He is actually gold.

are they still babies? mine got to be 7-8 inches when he was full grown. they are a pleasure to have in a tank.

These loaches are about 5 or 6 inches now.

I use a Canon XTI, just turned off the flash and put it on a tripod. Angled it to avoid reflections off the glass.

Thanks again for all of the kind comments!

Beautiful fish, wood, and pic. Thanks for the pic taking tip too...angle the camera, gotta remember that. Did you buy the wood or find it? The hole is great and the scooped out nook is too. Anyone know if you can put one of those Loaches (first time I've ever seen them) in with mbuna cichlids?
