How do I cycle water between 2 tanks?

how do I go about cycling water from aquarium a. to aquarium b. then back to aquarium a. creating a never ending flow of the same water between the two aquariums?

Sounds like twice the dead fish should something go wrong...........but since you asked,

They should be level to one another, Use a small capacity pump (with adjustable discharge valve) to pump from "a" to "b". Have a flooded connection pipe of twice the diameter of your pump discharge to allow water to siphon from "b" to "a".

You could actually adapt a filter to do act as your pump.
