I don't think its out in Canada yet but when it does come out I think I'll get it. Looks like a cool game and there really aren't many other games like it.

I've had it for a few months now.... it is not really a game as such... you just swim around and discover the ocean and it's inhabitants - when you find a fish you can get all the scientific details on it etc.
There are no goals or rules... it is just a chill game where you swim around and make discoveries

i went with someone to the video store today and they had endless ocean for $29.99, i ended up getting it, its really cool!
i did end up getting it, and i must say it is very relaxing.
not so much a game really, but if you have a nice big tv and you turn out the lights in the room its really nice to swim around in the reef. i only wish that the wii was capable of hi def. this game would look beautiful in 1080p.

ive heard of wii hi-def cables but i dont know if they make a difference.
theyre component cables, and they do make a difference.
not a lot, but it is a slight improvement over the standard composite cables.
you can get them on eBay for about $12 including shipping. (retail is about $40-$50).
the problem is that wii video output is limited to 480p.
and since now i have a 40" 1080p HDTV, wii just looks horribly choppy on it.
the resolutions dont match, so the graphics suffer on hidef screens.
but i have heard rumors around 'tinternet that there might be an HD Wii in the works. a Wii 2.0, of sorts. great for the gadget junkies like me, but also bad news for the homebrew community as well.

yeah. same, i have a 40" HDTV and with my 360 1080p HDTV looked awesome but with the wii it might look choppy

its pretty awesome, its actually relaxing. the sharks dont attack you or anything, and sometimes you see penguins in the ocean

I don't have a wii, but they should make a macintosh computer version.

the coolest part is you have to find out info on the fish by kinda pi$$ing it off. you can poke it, pet it, or feed it, and after a while a page of info on the fish comes up. theres easily recognizable fish like green chromis, yellow tangs, lionfish, hammerhead sharks, copper banded butterfly's, etc.

Looks like a good game to learn alot of history on the fish. I like wii games they are more interactive and fulfilling than most video games. I mean I don't mind running around and senselessly slaughtering people on games when I'm frustrated but not all the time.....
