The Bolivian rams spawned on a round rock. They still are right now! Any tips on raising the fry?

Huraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah thumbs2: I knew it was only a matter of time after you posted about the pre mating rituals they were getting upto... you must be really happy now... once they start there is no stopping them...

You can better leave them little ones in with the parents to raise them... nobody can do it better than them... the first 2-3 days they babies will eat their egg sacks after that you can best add BBS to feed them.

What other fish have you got in the tank?

Hee, thanks everyone! The female is still guarding the eggs and ocassionally the male will take over. The tank has 2 other rams, 5 glowlights, and 3 neons.

Hey, they re doing okay. I'm suprised they're developing in hard water. There are a few unfertilized ones, but on most of them, you can see the babies' eyes. Its actually pretty interesting how the female passes on the duties of fanning the eggs to the male. She will pass him and flare her fins and at him and he will take over.

very cool....it is neat how they will fan the eggs so no fungus attacks them.

i can't wait until the post saying "THEY HATCHED"......very cool...keep us updated.
