What can we do to attract visitors and new members?

What we currently are doing is:
We are working on a couple of things that we think will attract new visitors and members as well as working towards optimizing Aquaticcommunity towards search engines.

We have also registered Aquaticcommunity on Aquarank and are awaiting approval.

I thought I should ask you if you have any other ideas on how to attract traffic.

I'm active at other fish forums, will post your link at there, maybe other people can do the same thing.

Also you can make a banner and post it at big fish websites.
Though.. will think about it!

I am opening up a new site soon, hopefully on the upcomming new year of 2005. Once I have coded everything and have everything working propertly I will create an affilates program and we could have banner exchanges within my site and your site.
